Delivery Costs
Standard delivery fee is ₪35 for all orders under ₪1000. Orders with a total value of ₪1000 or more qualify for free delivery. The delivery charge is non-refundable.

Dispatch Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable.

Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 1–5 business days, depending on your location. While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or force majeure events.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to inaccurate address details provided during checkout.
