We understand that sometimes, things don't go as planned. While we do not offer a general refund or return policy due to the nature of our products (pet food, consumables, and health-related items), we will consider returns on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return
• Only unopened, unused products in their original condition and packaging are eligible for return.
• The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Products must be physically returned to our designated address, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items
• Opened packages, used items, or products not in their original condition cannot be accepted.
• We do not accept returns on products purchased in error unless they remain sealed and unused.

Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are non-refundable, even in cases where the product is returned.
