How Our 24/7 Emergency Service Works

Regular Hours (9 AM – 9 PM):

During standard clinic hours, we provide full veterinary services, including consultations, diagnostics, and routine treatments.

After-Hours Support:

After 9 PM, our clinic remains accessible for emergencies through a dedicated emergency phone line. Here’s what you can expect:

1. Emergency Assessment by Phone:

   • A veterinarian will assess your pet’s condition over the phone to determine if immediate intervention is required.
   • Examples of emergencies include:
     • Severe breathing difficulties (e.g., pulmonary edema).
     • Post-surgical complications requiring urgent attention.
     • Life-threatening conditions like bloat, seizures, or poisoning.
     • Critical cases such as cesarean sections or acute injuries.

2. On-Site Emergency Care:

   • If an emergency visit is necessary, a veterinarian can arrive at the clinic within approximately 20 minutes.
   • Critical treatments, surgeries, or monitoring are provided based on the situation.

3. Overnight Hospitalization:

   • For pets requiring constant medical supervision, our clinic offers overnight monitoring with a dedicated veterinarian or assistant staying on-site to provide care.

Emergency Fees and Membership Benefits

• After-Hours Fees: Emergency visits outside of regular hours are subject to a double consultation fee due to the nature of the service.
• Membership Discounts: Members benefit from significant discounts on emergency fees. While non-members pay the full emergency rate, members enjoy reduced rates, ensuring peace of mind in stressful situations.
